1. Polite and quick check in, basic king room has pretty plantation shutters, very comfy bed, aromatherapy bath products and nice free coffee set up in lobby in the morning.

6. It was great to see amazing atmosphere and buzz filtering through to the lobby, The Irish girl on check in was exceptionally accommodating and friendly and it was a much warmer welcome to the response I almost didnt get on email the day before (not sure why no one on the front desk responded!).
