7. Problem: construction crews kept it noisy with drilling and hammering and only one elevator worked which made it a 20 min ordeal to transport luggage (not to mention having to ride in packed elevators).

10. It is across from the Metro (though the entrance is currently under construction and really a mess) and a quick walk from the White House and the Capitol Mall (our 15-year old daughter was disappointed that it was a grassy area and not a shopping mall.
