It is obvious that the staff enjoys working there -- from Eddie at the front desk (warm, genuine, funny, attentive and couldn't do enough for us); to Karima the concierge, who directed us to great concerts, shows and attractions (with half price tickets!); to sweet Jose' in the restaurant (also couldn't do enough for us); and the GM,George Hummel, whose radar was always alert for someone needing help, directions, fresh coffee or anything.
