5. We researched several hotels for our visit to downtown DC, and decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn mainly for its decent ratings and cost--it was one of the lesser expensive hotels in the area.

8. For three days we hopped on and off cabs to get us to key locations as needed for convenience and our specific need for consolidating our plans and the entire cost was $106 for two people and that includes the tips.
