1. Staff was friendly and very helpful, particularly the bellhops who held our bags between checkout time and departure time.

5. The location was outstanding (only a few blocks to the White House, a short walk to the Smithsonian, etc), they accommodated our 11:30am arrival, they provided us with a rollaway for the 11 year old for no extra charge, they allowed us a 1:30pm checkout, they ran to my car and got my umbrella for me when I forgot it, provided a free 24-hour business center with computers and a printer, had free internet in the rooms.

6. I requested a late checkout, at 1st was denied by the night staff then in the morn tried it again and was given till 3pm.
