1. For a decent price, you can stay in a spacious room in a great, centralized location which is easy walking distance to the National Mall, monuments, and White House, a decent cab fare away from Georgetown and other communities, and directly across the street from the Metro Station on two train lines.

10. Across the street to the left (next to the Starbuck's) is the New York Cafe (on NY Ave)--a surprisingly good and cheap breakfast--we did not get the buffet, we all got breakfast sandwiches--but they were good and very reasonable.
