2. The Heartbreak Hotel is in the perfect position, literally metres from all that Graceland has to offer and a pretty short drive to the others.

3. Yes I agree the breakfast area could do with an upgrade BUT on the positive the location is excellent and one can wander round soaking up everything Elvis.

5. Those positives can be found at any other hotel for the same price though, the hotel itself is not worth it at all.

6. Found the hotel only had 3 positives, one was the free shuttle to and from the airport, the free shuttle to and from Sun Studios and close proximately to Graceland, which is the only reason anyone would stay at this place.

7. After traveling around the USA for 4 weeks, this was our last stop, and the customer service was the least positive we had received.

8. On the positive side, the bar was decorated real cute, there was an Elvis concert playing on a screen in the dining room, and the front entrance was decorated with cute furniture.

9. This is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel - It is such a pity that this hotel is so bad.

10. The location is great if you are in Memphis exclusively to visit Graceland but is not ideally positioned to enjoy the rest that Memphis has to offer, which is either a costly cab drive or sparsely timed shuttle away if you do not have your own car.
