3. My friend and i have just spent 10 days at the Heartbreak hotel and cannot fault it for helpful and pleasant staff,nice gift shop,breakfast was great and the cleanliness of the rooms and would certainly stay here again if we came back to Memphis.

5. The front desk employees were very helpful and pleasant - especially Jo :) - the room was clean and large - we stayed in a king bed - didn't mind the A/C noise - kept the room cool - 2 TVs, one in each of the two rooms, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
