6. As a tour guide, I naturally had a large group with me, NONE of them had any major issues, minor issues were solved quickly by the great hotel staff, the night manager is the best.

7. A good inclusion was the shuttle bus that takes you to Beale Street, this was great and the driver was very friendly and full of great tips.
