Check in was busy, but they were friendly and
efficient
- unfortunately our luggage had gone missing and the airline had said that the bags would be at the hotel by 6pm, but the receptionist said not to expect them until the next day.

The first tip though is to make sure you ask for a non smoking room - we were allocated a smoking room which absolutely reeked, we asked to change rooms and the staff did this
