1. If you are looking for luxury and lush, this may not be the place for you; but if you love Elvis, want a convenient, clean location with really friendly staff, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

2. Suggest the Peabody for luxury quarters, or the Comfort Suites, Thousand Oaks,reasonably priced, great breakfast and which is only about 9 1/2 miles from EP Blvd.

3. If you take the hotel for the Elvis tribute it is, you will enjoy it but don'y expect luxury and the rooms are not overly cheap.
