The staff are great, the location couldn`t be better and there are plenty of eating options nearby - but why is the sad, cafeteria-style restaurant/lounge/bar area not tricked out like Graceland`s Jungle Room? Why doesn`t the kitchen offer more choice and serve it up with real cutlery? Why does the whole hotel smell of old food and wet dog? Why can you see daylight through the holes around the very old AC units in the tired rooms? The place could do with a re-vamp, a clean-up and some imagination and could be an awesome place for Elvis fans to stay.
