1. With the exception of the themed suites, which are fabulous, the rest of the hotel is more like student halls.

7. After reading some bad reviews I also was worried, BUT, no need, hotel very clean good service from staff except the sullen miserable lady on reception,if you go you will soon find out which one I mean.
