1. My friend and i have just spent 10 days at the Heartbreak hotel and cannot fault it for helpful and pleasant staff,nice gift shop,breakfast was great and the cleanliness of the rooms and would certainly stay here again if we came back to Memphis.

We were picked up promptly from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, checked in and instead of the standard room we had booked we were given a suite on the first floor which was lovely very big and spotlessly clean, I am very fussy about cleanliness and would not say this lightly, it also smelled fresh and clean.
