3. A good inclusion was the shuttle bus that takes you to Beale Street, this was great and the driver was very friendly and full of great tips.

4. The location being across the street from Graceland is convenient, but a lot of the businesses on the way have bars over the glass and a lot of places have fences/gates keeping the public out- makes me feel like it is an unsafe neighborhood but they do a good job keeping the hotel secure.

8. We used the pink phone in reception and used the free cadillac ride to Marlowes where we had a good meal and full of Elvis memorabilia.

9. I think this hotel is in need of some refurbishing and updating as we found it a bit tacky the only good thing is the great location to gracelands.

10. Checking in was a bit slow but said we had been upgraded to a larger room which was good but on arriving at our room found that someone was using the room.
