1. A brilliant tour and you get to meet the Graceland horses.

I was there on my own and all of the staff i came into contact with were more than helpful - a guy on reception was brilliant when i had problems contacting family back home and one of the maids was so understanding and helpful when i thought i had lost my cash card with all my holiday dollars on.

7. Staff were brilliant especially LaQuinta - we had a small problem with plumbing in our room and she upgraded us at no extra charge and had someone come to move our luggage etc.
