1. As a tour guide, I naturally had a large group with me, NONE of them had any major issues, minor issues were solved quickly by the great hotel staff, the night manager is the best.

6. We stayed there primarily because of its location across the street from Graceland, but the surrounding neighborhood is not the best, so I'd advise not wandering around the area at night and just use good judgment.
