1. Management has always been great about upgrades and very responsive.

3. On further reflection, we think it is a responsibility of the Waldorf Astoria Casa Marina, Key West staff to protect guest from this sort of assault by other guest of the hotel, they were woefully inadequate.

I almost smashed and could have possibly lost some fingers on the heavy balcony door that needed maintenance by not opening properly (I brought it up to management/front desk`s attention and nothing was done except the response of we`ll get someone to take a look at it and within the two nights that we were there they never did.
