1. The only thing I didn't like was the business room, actually is not a room, they have only 2 computers next to the stairs and they are very slow, sometimes you need to wait in a line in order to use them.

2. Overall I like this hotel very much, the food is good at the restaurant, good service and it has its private beach, you can do a lot of activities at the hotel, you can rent a wave runner in the hotel and if you are lucky you can spot some dolphins like I did.

3. We had to call them to reclean our room ( common sense stuff like sweeping the sand off the hardwood floors) and please dont looking into corners where cobwebs and dirt accumulated.

7. Once again, why wasn’t anyone worried about further contamination? Wouldn’t you like to learn from the exterminator how to properly avoid this situation in the future? As proven during this incident, we are obviously understanding people, and did not cause a big scene or make loud demands on a busy Saturday morning.

8. First, we were made to feel like liars, and then we had to wait almost three hours for a phone call to “verify what type of bug it was” that never came.
