2. Once again, why wasn’t anyone worried about further contamination? Wouldn’t you like to learn from the exterminator how to properly avoid this situation in the future? As proven during this incident, we are obviously understanding people, and did not cause a big scene or make loud demands on a busy Saturday morning.

3. The hotel did not care that two big adults had to share a small bed and despite our disappointement they did not even offer to pay us the parking as a "bonus".
