5. While you are around the pool and beach area the hotel staff checks on you to see if you need more towels or even cool moist hand towels and pop cicles when it was warm.

8. For all they say was included in the resort fee, we never saw - Never offerred cool towels, never saw any additional activities other than fee rental for motorized water equipment (not a 'resort' fee type amenitiy).

9. While outside at the beach, cabana persons will set up umbrellas for you, get you towels, provide cool wet hand towels to refresh and cool off with as well as complimentary fresh cut fruit.
