2. 1) the toilet upon check in was not latched correctly and we had to call to fix it, which they did took a bit, but nothing to cry about but just luck,,, nothing too bad 2) since their is allot of people going up and down the elevator, sometimes not all the time, we had to wait floor to floor to go up and down, did get annoying.

4. Since I was driving (it was Houston, after all), it was a bit confusing/frustrating/maddening trying to navigate the (many) one-way streets around the Galleria mall to try to find 1) the Westin Galleria, 2) the correct parking structure and 3) the correct parking area for the hotel.

My problems began when we arrived at the hotel and spent an hour driving around trying to figure out which parking garage that we were supposed to park in - the instructions given to us by the valet were not correct, and I called the hotel twice and talked to two different people trying to figure out where to park and none of them were able to tell us.
