1. On one occasion,the staff who wandered by, all three of them, didn't seem to know how to change the toner cartridge or even how or where to get a new one.

10. The more trendy 'soco' area is a over the bridge and a bit farther to walk, but we're from new York and didn't mind the 20-30 minute stroll through Austin to get there.
