1. Perhaps the rooms could do with some re-decoration - but the beds are the Sheraton 'sweet sleeper' beds, and were fantastic, as ever.

8. If it weren't for the fact that the bed is comfortable, the hotel has amazing staff members who work hard, the lovely lobby with free wi-fi, and a fantastic group of people working in the restaurant I would be rating this hotel 2 stars.
