1. This got me two bottles of water a day which I really like, but there was NO daily paper, which I found annoying.

4. Stayed two nights this week on business, upgraded on arrival i was told to the SPG members floor - however I am an SPG member so should have been on that floor anyway - my two colleagues were not but got the upgrade to that floor - so good for them, but i felt like my membership wasnt that valued.
