5. When you show up and meet someone like SAVANNA at the front desk who actually cares if you have a good time, well that makes me want to tell other people that they should try the SHERATON and it wouldn't hurt to ask for SAVANNA.

8. 15 dollar parking in small garage, staff horrible, no carts for luggage, ALL anemities closed for renovations, gave us wrong room, local call charges, DIRTY rooms with stains on bedspreads, smelled like puke through out hallway, staff did not care about any problems and gave apathetic textbook answers all the way up.

10. We got a room on floor with bunch of kids who were very noisy all night which was not a pleasant experience but hotel staff took care of problem when we called and complained to the front desk.
