1. The rooms are not huge but very good space, lobby and corridors smell really good and clean.

2. A HUGE part of the positiveness of my stay at the Sheraton was Dan, in the Club Lounge, as he offered suggestions on things to do, incredible service, great company, and just an overall good feeling in the Club Lounge.

Bar area in main reception was good, couldnt at all fathom the parking entry / exit thing despite been given a validated ticket for my two day stay by reception, i couldnt get into the car park with it on day two so took another ticket (which i then binned as i had my single validated one) then on my final exit from the car park at 10am after check out (ticket validated to 4pm) it said it was not a valid ticket which was annoying, with more cars behind me and no barrier preventing my exit i had to just drive out - if i subsequently get a huge charge for seemingly driving out without a valid ticket i will be complaining - as yet though i am good.

5. Perhaps our favorite feature is the huge indoor hot tub and indoor pool, in addition to an outdoor pool.

9. I had read on another review that if you agreed to sign up for the Starwood rewards program they would provide a parking voucher for your stay, which is a HUGE deal since the parking garage is $16 a night (come/go).

Quite frankly when a conference as large as this books the hotel, they take over and it was a huge disservice to book other guests, unless you're into packed lobbies with magicians of varying qualities and levels or craftsmanship all talking about the newest card tricks or the barrels of their trick canes.
