1. Lobby area was confusing - when I left there was a big group checking in which clogged the lobby and front door area.

4. Parking was $15/day for self-park in their garage, but since our SUV had a big cargo box ontop of it, the valet guy said he'd park it for us in valet but for regular $15/day.
