1. great location (short walk to bars and restaurants on sixth st and on the north side of downtown so also short walk to ut campus), great staff, comfortable rooms that are very modern except for the bathrooms that are a little dated.

2. As an elite member with SPG, I was upgraded to an exceptionally large suite on the 16th (club) floor that had seating for 19 - it really made my stay in Austin exceptional.

3. except no pancakes came :( Breakfast overall was ok, again nothing amazing although they really need a toaster that actually toasts the bread, even the setting that normally burns barely turned the bread into a toast gold colour.

6. There is very little for food choices nearby (except Sarranos and Brick Oven both are very good and reasonably priced by the way) .
