1. The positive thing about the location is that it's close to the city centre, which is convenient.

2. When you get a look at the neighborhood and your room, your libido will shrivel up faster than a positive reading of an STD screening.

3. Then there are a few less positive things that could easily be improved: used carpets in the hallways and our first room (apparently not in all rooms), noisy steam heaters (when we stayed there last week the temperatures were in the 40s), the lounge is officially only open on weekends (which was not the case when we stayed here, because of water damage, so we were told), and then the room we had booked was dark and smallish, with two single beds only, with the paint of our bathtub coming off.

6. We stayed for the Love Fest the first week of October and our stay was a bit rough here but I'll start with the positives we were only across the street from the Love Fest action so that was a good thing and the staff was great and super helpful.

10. There were alot of television channels, although I wouldn`t rate any of these positively as American television is full of adverts and poor programmes.
