6. Finally, I forgot my clothes in the closet, and the housekeeping department saved it all for me, and was extremely helpful into finding the best way to get them back to me.

7. The upsides of staying here are: 1) cost - it is inexpensive 2) staff - extremely helpful and 3) location & convenience (a BART station to the airport is about 1/2 a block away and it is near many of the government buildings, libraries, art museum etc.
