3. + room very large, nice rosewood furniture + all spotless & clean + next to Warfield theater, BART Civic center - - hotel was once splendid, now it is worn around the edges - sound insulation not good (sirens, cars) I would definitely stay there again, as it is inexpensive AND clean and very comfy, and in a prime location for tourists.
