2. The towels were obviously so outdated, that 75% of them appeared to be grey compared to the 25% 'new' ones being closer to white color.

3. They were not comfortable with me walking in the area alone (luckily I was traveling with others) and, although I live in new York so am used to being in the city, I was not comfortable in the area after dark, even when not alone.

4. Hotel Renoir was very central to tourist sites and the city and the best feature of the hotel was the very helpful reception and bell boy staff who were the people who make or break a stay in an new city and new country.

Do not book this hotel, they will not exchange dates nor refund monies on accountreservation for the 17th of may, need reservation changed to 9th they have available on line but will not exchange or refund on original reservation Do not use this hotelMedical Emergency needed to changes dates and hotel will not honor refund or exchange of dates when they have available to new dates per online web serviceNot a place you should be doing business with have already told travelocity to advised them to remove this hotel as a reliable good hotel.

10. A very good decision, since the carpet was new, the bathtub freshly repainted, and since we were put on a higher floor, the room was bright and not noisy at all.
