3. I was on the 13th floor and neither me nor my neighbors on the 13th floor knew what to do - at the moment the chemical smell/smoke reached the 13th floor we decided it was time to leave but in case there was a real fire I doubt that we would have stood much chance so this exercise left me with a bitter taste.

8. But is that really why we choose a hotel? My suggestions for the hotel? Train the staff to be more hospitable, upgrade the rooms so people don't get disappointed after seeing how beautiful the lobby is, and lower the food prices, or just serve better quality tasting food and coffee.
"Mixed feelings - great lobby, terrible rooms, terrible service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/28/2010 Vote
9. For 2 orders of scrambled eggs and burned hash browns, and cheap coffee that tasted like it was a day old, the bill came to over $50, which was unbelievably disappointing.

10. The public areas of the hotel are sensational: the lobby is dark and your eyes take a while to adjust from the bright daylight outside, but this huge room with funky design pieces steals your eyes and gives you a bit of a taste of what's to come.
"Great Hotel - shame about the fire alarm! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/2/2010 Vote
