1. I can't understand how I can land in San Franscisco airport where the wifi is free, then drive to my 5* accommodation and have to pay for it.

2. I had sent a suitcase in advance to Canada full of skiing clothes for the next part of our holiday and I had received a message to say that unless my passport and hotel accommodation was sent it could not clear customs, we were arriving the next day in Vancouver.
