1. The superior room was a good size but the bathroom and closet are a bit tight.

2. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is good very close to Union Square so easy to get around, however outside the hotel front there were a lot of homeless people around, harmless enough but not what you always want.

8. When I am paying good money, I naturally expect the service and quality to come with the additional cost; and the Clift never lets me down:The appearance and atmosphere are second to none and your hours travelling immediately forgotten as you enter the unique atmosphere.

9. Also, if you get a room facing the inner courtyard, there's not much natural light; however, the wifi connection/speed is pretty good.
