10. but my main 'complain' is the food, i asked for room service twice, first i order a hamburguer, the most simple dishthat anyone can order, and the size was just HUGE, i couldnt even bite the burger because it was way too big, ad not to mention the quantity of fried, it seemed like a dish for 3 people.
