7. Location very convenient to Union Square, but be aware the hotel is on the edge of the (dangerous) Tenderloin, so ask the concierge where not to walk.

9. The service is very good and helpful, the location near Union square is very central and convenient, the building is impressive, the lobby downstairs and the bar are beautiful and definitely worth spending an evening at, with a cocktail or two.
