2. It also took awhile of giving directions on the phone to another guest and helping others before I was checked in and brought to my room.

3. Once I was brought up, Eddy, was very helpful and informative about the hotel, internet, the free wine service, etc, so that was a nice change.

4. When we arrived the valet was missing from in front of hotel, a panhandler approached the car to harass us a little and I brought all of our bags inside and loaded onto a cart before anyone even tried to approach me to help.

5. The entrance is a busy city block, so it would have been better for valet to be helping us out of car, and deterring the panhandlers.
