1. What I noticed most during my stay here was how polite, friendly and accommodating the staff was.

2. I just think that if somebody calls and mentions that they need a quiet room and also stresses the reason for military, the hotel should have tried their best to accommodate us.

4. This one however needs a bit of freshening up- room a bit tired looking-carpets a bit stained- bed mattress so soft and saggy we needed to ask for a board - room great size- upgraded us and staff very accommodating- great location for center of town and parking special a good deal-we were told that rooms were going to be redone- so when that happens an A+.

6. People accommodations:- From the moment we checked into the hotel, every time we passed through the front entrance, and even when we checked out, the staff greeted us so genuinely and almost always by name (how they all knew us I'll never know).

7. Luckily I am a Kimpton In-Touch member so typically my room is upgraded to a suite which is very accommodating (large room, enormous bathroom with tub/shower, extra seating area, two desk areas, etc.

9. The staff was accommodating and put us on a pet free floor, but I was still a little bothered - ie woke up a little puffy eyed and congested.
