3. Once I was brought up, Eddy, was very helpful and informative about the hotel, internet, the free wine service, etc, so that was a nice change.

4. Favorite part about my stay was the free coffee and tea in the morning, which is available until about 11am I think and the wine happy hour from 5-6pm each night.
