1. The staff was very pleasant, room service was fast and delicious, the room was cozy and quiet, the drive to the airport in the hotel car was calm and relaxing.

4. One more thing, adjacent to the hotel is a restaurant called the Grand Cafe, they serve a delicious brunch menu, don't leave SF without eating there first.

9. Union Square is just a couple of minutes walk down the road, and next door to the hotel is a fantastic brasserie serving delicious food, which is obviously quite the hit also with the locals, as the place is always pretty packed with diners.

10. My favorite part of the stay here had to be the evening wine reception with unbelievably delicious (homemade) chocolate truffles and Brian, the very talented (free, but leave a tip.
