1. I find the rooms well appointed, very clean and well taken care of each day.

4. Like other hotels in the chain, they take care of customers with everything from complimentary copies of the Sunday NYT (normal cost $6 a pop), wine and cheese reception in the afternoon and phenomenally decorated rooms.

5. Our television was not working properly when we arrived, but this was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it at the front desk and we found a friendly apologetic note and some treats upon our return.

7. Being Memorial Day weekend (and the fact that this is a Kimpton, known for their service and the hotel seemed pretty busy/full) I'm surprised this wasn't taken care of.
