9. This was a non refundable, non cancelable, prepaid stay of 3 nights for the price of 2 and while it seemed like a good deal, I was a bit upset when the price I paid was lowered and I was not entitled to a refund or future credit.

10. Some hotels (especially upscale ones) will treat you like second-class guests if you book through Hotwire or Priceline.
