2. o The service was attentive but not fawning or intrusive (I generally don't like the staff to pay a huge amount of attention to me, but opening the doors and a smile as I walk by are nice).

3. The bed was sooo comfy, the bathroom huge and clean, the turn down service was nice, as were the salted caramel chocolates as our welcome gift on the first night.

5. The shower was huge, and all of the soaps in the entire suite, from the guest bathroom, to the shower and bathtub were Hermes Paris and had a great fragrance.
