2. If you're in Chicago and staying at the the Sofitel, you really shouldn't be bothering with LeBar or Cafe des Architects except in the case of extreme emergency.

9. - no assistance with luggage on check out (except for the guy who hails the taxis outside who was excellent)- pillows were lumpy shame as they spoilt a good bed- air conditioning too noisyWorst of all I filled in the feedback form that was sent by email and had an email from the director of customer services (I think) asking if everything was ok.
