1. The price seemed reasonable ($250 a night) especially since the hotel was right near Time Square.

2. My husband and I were in the city for our anniversary and we wanted a hotel that was safe, clean, and in a great location, and after reading previous reviews mentioning the large size of the hotel rooms, Flatotel seemed a reasonable choice.

7. Very close to the Hilton Plaza of the Americas and a reasonable walk to Time Square, to Central Park or any number of FINE restaurants ( ie: my 'fix' at Carnegie Deli).
