4. The best parts are the room size, very comfy beds, no noticable street noise, location, complementary continental breakfast, friendly staff, in-lobby bar with a neighborhood feel to it, and Gregory -- the most Broadway knowledgeable concierge I've found in all my years visiting NYC.

10. The best aspect of this hotel is its terrific location, just a few blocks from Times Square, the subway, and short walks to may other attractions such as Central Park, 5th Ave, Grand Central Station etc.
