Upon entering my room I was very surprised by how
big
it was.

Lobby is incredibly dark, rooms are
big
but are in dire need of renovation, the hallways are of hospital decor (bright and depressing), the A/C hardly works and I heard a couple argue for an hour last night, the walls are paper thin.
"If you enjoyed the 80s you'll like this place! It was the last decade the rooms were renovated. "

Large bathroom with a
big
soaker jacuzzi tub (if you're a tub person).

everything used was disposable - paper cups for coffee, plastic cutlery and just a
big
assortment of pastries.

The hotel is in the middle of the block so the views weren't that great but who cares, this was a great location (MidTown) and was exactly the right price and location for my purposes in the
big
City.

Also, since it's in the middle of the block, the overall noise is not too bad as compared to some of the
big
hotels situated on the main avenues.

The complimentary breakfast is adequate but if you are looking for a
big
American breakfast go to one of the diners nearby.

The
big
plus - in addition to the huge room - was that the heat was not working.
