5. Free wifi throughout the hotelGood points - bed was super comfy, coffee, tea and papers provided in the foyer for guests to use as they please in the morning, room size was fine for usBad points - we had some items go missing from our room (we checked our room three times over and all of our luggage before and after getting home - included a swiss army knife (used for cutting up bits of fruit for our son), a utility key and an expensive pair of tweezers - luckily we had used our room safe for all bigger items).

8. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are a big ugh (tiny and in major need of upgrade), but in all honesty I cannot be too harsh bc I was very picky -- I insisted on a King room with a tub, which apparently is problematic.
"It's all about the Lobby" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/4/2010 Vote
